We purchased over $4000.00 worth of products from Bio-Safe One Septic Solutions on January 12.2012, because we were having leaching field problems. We received the product and contacted Chris and he started us on our way. We are now 3/4 of the way done with the treatment plan he set us up with and are seeing no improvement.
We contacted Bio-Safe and at this stage of the treatment they decided to ask what we are using for household products, because we must be doing something wrong. They are now treating us like it is all our fault that their product is not working. They are now asking for MSDS information on products being used in the house.
Every time we contacted Chris about the next steps to take, he treated us like it was the first time he had ever talked to us. It seemed like they were not keeping track of the progess of our case.
As the blame game continued I called and mentioned calling the Better Business Bureau and the woman hung up on me. I immediately called back and I was quickly sent to voice mail. I called again and Chris answered, he said he was in a meeting and there was no one there who could talk to me and didn’t appriciate being threatened by the Better Business Bureau, and there is nothing else he can do for us until he receives the MSDS on a particular product.
So we now have rest of his product sitting at our house not knowing how to continue.
I am totally shocked at how bad their customer service is now that we have purchased their product. They were so pleasant before we purchased it.
